Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebration
Ashadhi Ekadashi, also known as Devshayani Ekadashi, is one of the most sacred and spiritually significant days in the Hindu calendar. It marks the beginning of Lord Vitthal’s divine resting period and is deeply associated with devotion, faith, and the timeless tradition of the Pandharpur Wari.
On this auspicious day, devotees observe fasts, sing abhangas, and immerse themselves in bhakti, remembering the teachings of Sant Dnyaneshwar, Sant Tukaram, and other revered saints. The spirit of unity, humility, and devotion brings communities together in celebration.
